PRAWN CURRY
This is a nice and delicious Prawn Curry Recipe. Serve
the curry with roti, rice and naan also.
Ingredients

- ½ kg prawns, shelled and cleaned
- ½ cup rice flour
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 green chillies, break in halves
- 2 large sliced onions
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 4 tomatoes, chopped and pureed (about 3 cups)
- ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ cup cream
- Vegetable oil

Step 2: Heat the measured oil
in a large frying pan and fry the all prawns for a few minutes. But do not over
cook the prawns. Mind it cook all the prawns into few batches and keep them
aside.
Step 3: Now add a few more
tbsp oil on the pan. Then add cumin seeds. While they splutter, and then add
onions, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Continue fry till onions are
browned. Now add some salt, chilli powder, cumin powder. Then add purred
tomatoes and cook them till gravy becomes thick and oil is separated within 10
to 15 minutes. Now add the prawns to the gravy and continue cook at least few
more minutes till the prawns are cooked thoroughly. Garnish with coriander
leaves and serve as soon as possible to get better test. If you wish this item
to be better, then add some cream when you add the prawns.
