- 3 Medium sized boiled potatoes
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1.5 tsp Sambar Powder
- Few Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard & Urad Dal
- ½ tsp Black Peppercorns crashed
- Salt & Oil as needed.
Method:
- Heat oil in a non-stick cooking pan and then add mustard seeds.
- When they stop puttering then add urad dal followed by crushed pepper and curry leaves, let fry them for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add chopped onions and let them fry until they turn semi-transparent.
- Now add boiled potatoes along with samber powder and salt.
- Stir it well carefully and allow to cook in medium hit for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from hit the pan and serve it hot immediate to get better test.
