Ingredients:
Chicken Rezala |
- Chicken - 1 kg.
- Curd - 2 cup
- Ginger and Garlic paste – 3 tsp
- Onion - 5 large (cut into round slices)
- Clove – 8 pcs
- Green Cardamom – 6 pcs
- Cinnamon 2 inch – 4 pcs
- Black Peppercorn – 12
- Green Chilly – 8 pcs
- Ghee – 5 tbsp.
- Salt – to taste
- Raisin – a few
Method:
Step 1: Marinate the whole
chicken pieces with ginger and garlic paste and keep aside for an hour.
Step
2: Whisk the curd with a little water and then mix thoroughly with the
onion slices
Step
3: Now melt ghee in a pan and sauté the spices without chillies.
Step
4: Add the onion curd mixture, followed by a cup of water and let them to
boil.
Step
5: Reduce the flame and cook, covered them, let the chicken pieces are
tender.
Step
6: Now add raisins and green chillies and cook further till the ghee starts
to separate.
Step
7: Remove from heat and serve as soon as possible to get better taste.
