Chicken Cashew-Nut |
Ingredients:
- ½ cup roasted Cashew nuts
- 4 Chicken Breast (Boneless) (cut into 1 inch pcs.)
- 4 tsp Red chillies Powder
- 10 Cloves Garlic
- 4 Onion (medium size)
- ½ Capsicum (cut into ½ inch pcs.)
- 1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
- 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- ½ tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Corn flour or Corn Starch
Method of Preparation:
Onions cut into slice pieces. Heat the oil (2 tsp) in a non-stick pan,
add onions and sauté. Add red capsicum, cashew nuts and toss. Now keep them
aside in a bowl. Again heat 2 tsp oil in a non-stick pan and chicken and sauté on
high heat for 5 minutes and move them frequently so that they get cooked evenly
all over. Add chilli and garlic mixture and continue cook. Add sauce, salt and
sugar and cook for 3 minutes. Add mix corn flour and mix well. Then again add
onions, red capsicum, and cashew nut mixture and mix well. Now your cook is
ready and serve hot to get better test.
