This item is very delicious
made of fiber-rich apples. Whereas walnuts provide fatty acids and Mava or
Khoya is loaded with milk proteins, truly this recipe is an irresistible fruity
delight.
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 3 cups grated Apples
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup chopped Walnuts (akhrot)
- ¼ cup grated Mava (khoya)
- 1 cup milk
- 5 drops of Vanilla Essence
Method:
- Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, then add the apples and cook on a low flame for 5 – 7 minutes and stir its continuously.
- Now add Mava and mix well with continuous cook on a low flame for another 4 – 5 minutes but stir it’s continuously.
- Add the milk and cook 7 – 8 minutes with low flame and stir continuously.
- Add the walnuts and sugar, mix well and cook on a low flame another 7 -8 minutes or till all the moisture evaporates and stir continuously.
- Keep aside to make cool.
Now your Kids Spl. is ready and arrange to pack in a Tiffin Box.
