INDIAN FISH CURRY RECIPE
Ingredients:
Fish Curry |
- 300 gms fish into pieces
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 9 cloves garlic
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp methi seeds
- Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil as needed
Preparation:
- Fry the fish pieces in low flame, drain and keep aside.
- Grind the green chillies, garlic and coriander leaves.
- Heat oil, then add masala paste and fry till the separates out.
- Now add methi seeds, tomatoes, all powder masala and fry till the oil begins to float on top.
- Add little (approx. 1 cup) water; bring the gravy to a boil.
- Add fishes and cook for 15 minutes.
