Chicken in Roast Sauce
Here is the recipe for everyone most loved chicken
dishes, Chicken in Roast Sauce. Roasted chicken (drumsticks) with a soy-red
wine vinegar sauce.
Ingredients
For the chicken:
- 6 drumsticks
- 1½
tbsp Lemon Juice
Chicken Roast Sauce - 1½ tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 large Onion with finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp Black Pepper Powder
For the Roasted
sauce:
- 100ml Red Wine
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp (full) Tomato Crush
- 1½ tbsp Ground Ginger Powder
- 1½ tbsp Mustard Powder
- 3 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Tabasco (pungent pepper) Sauce
Method of
Preparation:
- Mix the olive oil with lemon juice in a small bowl, and then place the chicken joints in a roasting tin with onion, salt and black pepper.
- Mix the chicken pieces with oil and lemon juice dressing. Now cover the top of the roasting tin with stick and place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
- When everything is ready to cook the chicken, then preheat the oven to gas. Remove the stick and place the roasting tin on a high shelf and then cook for 30 minutes.
- While cooking are going on then entire sauce ingredients in a jug and whisk everything together thoroughly. After that when the chicken is done then removes all the chickens from roasted tin and pour the sauce all over giving the joints a good coating.
- Now all the chicken returns into the over and cook for more 30 minutes. Serve the chicken recipe with sauce and also can be serve with plain fine rice.
