PAKORA
Ingredients:
Fish Pakora |
- 6 white fish fillets (cut into pieces and steamed)
- 3 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli Powder as needed
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Oil for frying Fish Pakora
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs and make a batter along with salt, chilli powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves and eggs. Then add corn flour and mix well to form a thick batter.
- Heat the oil in deep-frying pan.
- All fish pieces dip into the batter and fry them in batches till golden and crisp all over the body of fishes.
- Serve the fish Pakora hot with tomato sauce, chutney or ketchup.
