Instant Wheat Dosa
Ingredients:
[Thick and Spongy Dosa - 3]
- 2 finely chopped Onion
- 1 finely chopped Green Capsicum
- 2 finely chopped Tomato
- 4 tsp Oil
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Salt to taste
- Cut dosa into small pieces.
- Heat the oil and fry onions till turns into golden brown. Then add tomatoes, garam masala, chilli powder, and salt to taste.
- Cook continue till tomatoes turns into spongy.
- Add capsicum and continue cook for a few seconds but do not cook the capsicum fully. It will highlight of the dish.
- Now add dosas and mixing very well till the dosa get coated with the masala well.
- Serve dosa hot as soon as possible.
