Fish Pakora |
Ingredients:
- 6 white fish fillets (steamed and cut into pieces)
- 3 eggs
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp chopped Coriander Leaves
- Oil for deep-frying
Preparation:
1. Beat
the eggs in a bowl, add chilli powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice
together to make a batter.
2. Add
corn flour and mix well to form a smooth batter.
3. Heat
the oil in a non-stick pan.
4. Dip
each fish fillets into the batter and fry in batches till golden brown and
crisp all over.
5. Serve
the recipe (fish pakora) hot with some tomato ketchup or as you like.
