Ingredients:
Paneer Sandwich |
- 1 loaf Bread
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 1 Chopped Onions
- ½ cup grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 2 Chopped Green Chillies
- ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- Butter as needed
Method
of Preparation: Sandwich Paneer.
- Mix the grated paneer with chopped tomato, green chillies, Onion and keep them aside.
- Now take the slice bread and butter them in one side and put some paneer mixture on one slice and cover it with another slice bread.
- Put two pieces bread in sandwich toaster until the bread turns crispy and brown.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
