Hot,
spicy chilli chicken
Ingredients:
Spicy Chilli Chicken |
- 400 gms boneless chicken
- 300 ml Oil
- 3 Onions
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 Capsicum
- 4 tbsp sweet hot Chilli Sauce
- 2 tsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 3 tsp Soya Sauce
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Ajinomot
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- Salt to taste
Method
- Wash boneless chicken well.
- Remove water from chicken and allow chicken to dry.
- Marinate chicken in egg, salt, ajinomoto, soya sauce, corn flour and red chilly powder for an hour.
- Heat the oil in non-stick pan and deep fry all the boneless chicken pieces.
- Then use tissue paper to remove the excess oil from chicken.
- Heat the oil in a thick base pan, sauté chopped onion, green chilly and ginger garlic paste.
- Once the onion turns into brown or transparent then add capsicum and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Now add spring onion and continue frying.
- Now add soya sauce, red chilly powder, sweet chilly sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and salt.
- Add fried chicken pieces to the pan and toss to combine well.
- Add a little water and allow cooking, so that the all boneless chicken absorbs all the spices to it.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve with fried rice or plain rise or as you like.
