Ingredients:
Mutton Keema Bharta |
- 300 gms Mutton Mince (Keema)
- 2 small Brinjal
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp chopped Ginger
- 2 medium chopped Onion
- Salt to taste
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 8 fresh coriander leaves
- 3 green chopped chillies
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 medium chopped Tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tbsp Coriander Cumin powder
Method:
- Roast the brinjal on direct flame till its get cooked and the skin of the brinjal gets burned or overcooked. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add onions minced mutton, ginger and sauté till the moisture goes out.
- Now add salt and mix well. Unwrap (Peel) off the skin of the roasted brinjal and roughly chop them. Put it in a chopper with coriander and mint leaves and chop finely.
- Now cover them and let it cook. Then add red chilli powder, green chilies, coriander cumin powder and mix very well. Then add roasted brinjal mixture and again mix well. Add tomato puree and tomatoes. Add salt to taste and mix well. Cover and cook about 20 minutes and stirring frequently.
- Server hot with roties or chapatti.
