Mutton Masala |

Ingredients:
- 500 gms Mutton cut into small pieces
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 4 Green Cardamoms
- 2 Black Cardamoms
- 8 Cloves
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 4 medium Onions (sliced)
- 1 pc Cinnamon (1 inch)
- 3 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- ¾ tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 5 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker. Add black cardamoms, cloves bay leaves, green cardamoms and cinnamon and sauté for a minute. Add onions and continue sauté till turn into golden brown. Add mutton and continue sauté with high heat for 5 minutes. Add garlic paste and then continue sauté 3 minutes.
- Now add turmeric powder, yogurt, red chilli powder, salt and coriander powder and cook for 2 minutes and stir continue. Add tomato puree and green chilli and continue stir.
- Add 4 to 5 cups water and let it for boil. Close the lid of the cooker under pressure and wait for 5 – 6 to whistles.
- After that open the lid when the pressure is reduced completely, then add garam masala powder and continue cook for a few minutes or wait most of the water is absorbed. Serve hot with chapattis.
