Ingredients:
Chicken Fried Rice |
- 3 large eggs
- Kosher salt and black pepper powder
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 boneless cut into thin strips
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 4 cups cold, cooked rice
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Method:
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl and season with pepper and salt to taste.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium flame and make omelets using half of the beaten eggs.
- Keep the on the plate to cool. Repeat other omelets with the remaining beaten eggs.
- Both the omelets fold and coarsely chop and keep aside.
- In a medium bowl and toss the chicken strips with the oil and let season with pepper and salt to taste.
- Heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil over high flame in big frying pan, stir fry the prepared chicken strips until turn into light golden (2 to 3 minutes).
- Now add 2 tbsp more vegetable oil and when hot, then stir in the cooked rice and green onions and then tossing and mixing thoroughly until very hot.
- Add soy sauce and mix the total recipe evenly.
- Remove from heat and add chopped cooked egg and stir all over.
- Also garnish with some sliced green onions.
- Serve hot immediate.
