Spicy Flour Biscuits Diamond Shape.

- 1 cup – White Flour
- 1 cup – Rice Flour
- ½ cup – Besan Flour
- 1 tbsp – Ajwain (Jowan)
- ½ tbsp – Cumin seeds (Gira)
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt as needed
- Water (to make dough)
- Oil for deep frying
- Chapatti Roller (for slicing)

Step 1: Dough Preparation: Take a big bowl and add White flour, Rice flour, Besan flour, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and Cumin Seeds. Mix all the ingredients well. Make the dough until its soft with 2 tbsp ghee. Be sure the dough are good enough taste to make biscuits. If necessary, adjust the taste by adding some salt and then keep aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Dough Rolling: Divide
the whole dough into large size balls. Roll them into a little thick chapattis.

Step 3: Making Diamond Cuts: After
rolling the dough using fork to make small holes in the dough. Now with a sharp
knife, cut the chapatti into square or diamond shapes or as you like. Now raw
diamond chips are ready.
Step 4: Deep Frying: Heat the
oil in a wide non-stick vessel. Once the oil is heat then deep the flour cuts
on high flame. When it is done, the biscuits (flour cuts) rise to the surface.
Now slow down the flame and keep frying until it turns to golden color.

Step 5: Biscuits Preservation: Take
out all the biscuits with a big spoon with holes. After that keep it on the
kitchen paper for a few minutes as kitchen paper absorbs the excess oil form
the snacks. Store it in air tight container for long time preserve. Try it at
your home as soon as possible.
